I’ve heard the phrase countless times. Often used to describe the quintessential sales or marketing hotshot.

So it’s a positive for someone to manipulate another into an unnecessary or even preposterous sale? Right…

A line Zig Ziglar said comes to mind, “The most important persuasion tool you have in your entire arsenal is integrity.”

Integrity helps discover needs and assists in finding products, services or experiences that will be the best fit.

Leaving a happy customer, with dramatically higher repeat and referral business opportunities. Who wouldn’t want that?

How about asking:

What does the Eskimo really need?
